1. Become the VIP member of Capital Computer Centre Limited (Capital), a customer must spend at least HK$3500 on the same transaction to be eligible foe membership.
2. The name furnished by a customer in the application must tally with the name on his/her identity card. Members must agree to furnish correct information to Capital Computer Centre Limited.
3. Each member shall be entitled to only one Capital VIP Reward Program account. A member may not apply for multiple accounts, additional accounts shall be cancelled.
4. Members might be accress & create their account by online “www.capitalcomputercentre.com ” for register. The sales invoice/receipt number, mobile phone number and correct informations might be furnished. Upon successful completion of the online survey the Capital VIP Reward Program will be given at least 350 Capital VIP Reward Program points.
5. Members may also provide their mobile phone number and information for the entitled to Capital VIP Reward Program points who make purchases at Capital shop. All the Reward Program points are according to the sales invoice/receipt.
6. Members can check the balance of his/her points, fabulous benefits including special offers, discounts, gift & rewards and updates on what’s hot in Capital shop or logging in website “www.capitalcomputercentre.com ”.

7. Capital VIP members enjoy all the benefits, promotions and Capital updated news will be sent by email and website shown, members must furnished and provided valid email address to avoid missing out important notice from us. Capital shall not be held responsible for any case of undelivered email message or notification. It serves as a reminder only.
8. Members shall inform Capital promptly by email or website of any changes of information provided to Capital or furnished during their application.
9. Capital reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice and shall have the final say in any dispute.

1. Members who make purchases at Capital’s shop are entitled to Capital VIP Reward Program points at the rate of 1 reward point for every whole HK$10 spent. (e.g. HK$10 = 1 point; HK$585 = 58 points)
2. There are TWO ways that a member can check the balance of his/her points : -
   * logging in to the members’ dedicated website “www.capitalcomputercentre.com ”, bearing in mind that online account balances are only updated on the day following the transaction.
   * Presenting his/her mobile phone number and information at Capital shop’s sales counter.
3. In the event of refund, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member’s account which according the valid sales invoice/receipt. Any outstanding balance will subsequently be deducted in full from the account of the member concerned.
4. All gifts/products sold of Reward Program are non-refundation, all kind of cash coupon, discounted and fixed- price items are not applicable.
5. All points are based on Capital’s records, and Capital will not accept any claim of missing points unless a valid stamped sales invoice/receipt is shown.
6. Capital is not responsible for any redemption after the expiry date.
7. Customers should update their VIP Reward points after every purchase to ensure all the information is correct and up-to-date.
8. Membership shall be valid for 12 months from the date of application. membership shall be renewed upon expiry. Before the expiry of their membership, members will be reminded and notified via email of the arrangement for renewal. Terms and Conditions of membershop renewal will be announced accordingly.
9. Capital VIP Reward Program points cannot be distributed, sold, exchanged or transferred to any third party. Points do not have any monetary value.

The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
